These data sets describe all calls, recorded over 12 months in 1999, handled by the telephone call center of "Anonymous Bank" in Israel. The data are provided by Ilan Guedj and Avi Mandelbaum. Anyone who uses them in any publication should acknowledge the data source and notify Avi Mandelbaum (avim@ie.technion.ac.il).

One thing to know is that on weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) the call center is run from 7:00 through 24:00. On Fridays it closes at 14:00 and reopens on Saturday at around 20:00.
